The Leviathan will be the only enemy on the field, and it should be facing down Luffy in his area. Your fourth party member is up to you you can either have your unused Power member add some more muscle, or you can bring Nami in to act as back-line support, throwing items and protecting with Mirage Tempo. You should also bring Usopp along, as the Leviathan is weak to his gag moves like Usopp Pound and Rubberband of Doom. For your party composition, Luffy is an absolute must, with either Sanji or Chopper backing him up on the front lines. The Leviathan is a Speed type foe, meaning it’s weak against Power types and strong against Technique types.
